Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Request within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags, and free of damage or stains. Include a receipt or order confirmation.

Initiate: Email us at hello@cuddlebloom.com with order details and a photo if the item is defective.

Processing: Most returns/exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund to help cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. This ensures we continue to provide high-quality service while handling returns efficiently.

Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

Ineligible Items: Final Sale items, custom/personalized products (unless faulty), and opened hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., diapers, underwear).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (timing may vary by bank).
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued minus the 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase by emailing hello@cuddlebloom.com.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
